- Awaiting Verification The applicant is required to notify the State of Wyoming Asbestos Program for demolition of commercial properties and demolition or complete remodel of residential projects for commercial purposes. Please refer to the attached WYDEQ Memorandum regarding “Asbestos Inspection and Notification Requirements”. As a courtesy, the project address and demolition permit applicant information has been emailed to the Wyoming Asbestos Program at Asbestos.notice@wyo.gov.
- Awaiting Verification The applicant is advised that 48 hour advanced notice is required to deliver demolition material to the County transfer station. Please call the transfer center at 733-7172.
- Awaiting Verification Prior to the start of construction activities approved herein, the applicant/contractor shall contact the Engineering Department at 733-3079 and schedule a pre-construction meeting.

- Awaiting Verification All public traffic, parking, informational, etc. signs shall be removed from the property in a manner that preserves their quality and for reinstallation. Applicant responsible for reposting signs during the construction phase as necessary to provide necessary information. Signs that are not maintained shall be replaced at the applicant’s sole cost.
- Awaiting Verification Silt fencing shall be erected prior to the start of any work on the site and maintained throughout the duration of construction.

- Awaiting Verification Water and sewer services to be abandoned shall be completed during the demolition phase of construction. A bond for the removal of the services shall be required.
- Awaiting Verification All public streets shall be maintained clear of debris during construction. Should debris be tracked onto public streets from the construction site, it shall be the contractor’s responsibility to clean the affected streets.
