  • Prior to construction, construction and silt fencing shall be erected along the Fish Creek side of the building envelope. No construction-related activities may occur between building envelope and Fish Creek including but limited to parking, storage, excavation, etc. This fencing shall be maintained throughout the project until after re-vegetation occurs.
