- Awaiting Verification All work to be in accordance with the attached plans approved 12/15/1973, and the Teton County Land Development Regulations, Division 5.7 and the standard conditions of division 8.3.4.
- Awaiting Verification Notify the Engineering Department at 733-3317 at least 48 hours prior to commencement of land disturbing activities.
- Awaiting Verification Applicant shall notify the Teton County Engineering Department at (307) 733-3317 at least 24 hours prior to commencement of work in live waterbodies.
- Awaiting Verification The permit and “APPROVED” copy of the grading plans shall be kept on site.
- Awaiting Verification If site observations reveal that erosion control and storm water management measures are insufficient for their intended functions, additional measures or maintenance shall be required to correct the problem.

The Applicant shall ensure that the design professional remains sufficiently engaged throughout the project for this purpose.

- Awaiting Verification The issuance of this permit signifies that the review of application submittals was conducted solely based on conformance with the Teton County Land Development Regulations for Grading and Erosion Control and makes no evaluation of submitted materials that pertain to drinking water systems or other utilities. DEVIATIONS FROM THE APPROVED PLANS, including grading beyond the limits of disturbance shown and/or failure to comply with the conditions of this permit shall constitute a violation of the Teton County Land Development Regulations and shall be subject to such penalties as described therein.

- — All new fencing shall be wildlife friendly (Per LDR Section 5.1.2) or be permitted through Special Purpose Fence process.
