▶ 📜 Conditions (11)
- — The work shall be completed and approved by the Town within 30 days of the date of this approval. Should the work not be completed within this time frame a new permit will be required.
- — The Applicant/Contractor shall contact the Town at (307) 733-3079 to schedule an inspection of the work completed. ALL restoration of the disturbed area shall be restored within thirty (30) calendar days prior to inspection. FAILURE to restore the disturbed area to its original condition by the expiration date noted will result in the Town pursuing the franchise performance bond to restore the work area.
- — The applicant/contractor shall display the pink PROW placard at the work site. PROW placards are non-transferrable. Loss of PROW placards incur a replacement fee.
- — The Applicant shall provide a traffic control plan and utilize signage that meets current MUTCD standards.
- — The Permit is valid for the dates of work defined herein.
- — The applicant shall notify neighboring properties of the upcoming lane, alley and road closures.
- — The contractor shall be required to saw cut asphalt to provide a minimum of a 5-foot patch. The shoulder of all patches shall be a minimum of 1-foot beyond the edge of trenching. For every foot of trench depth, a minimum of 2-feet on trench width shall be excavated.
- — All concrete to be removed shall be removed from the nearest control joint.
- — The working hours for this project shall be 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays. No work on holidays shall be permitted.
- — All obstructions on the street shall be protected by barricades, fencing, railing with flags, lights, and/or signs, placed at proper intervals and times. Protection shall be provided as needed to protect the public from hazards during construction. Protection shall remain in place and intact from the beginning to completion of the project or as needed for safety.
- — All public traffic, parking, informational, etc. signs shall be removed from the property in a manner that preserves their quality and for reinstallation. Applicant responsible for reposting signs during the construction phase as necessary to provide necessary information. Signs that are not maintained shall be replaced at the applicant’s sole cost.
