- — Site development within’ 5’ of the side and rear boundaries shall be reclaimed. Specifically, the driveway crossing the South property boundary shall be reclaimed, such that the site complies with the Rural-3 site development setbacks.

DEVIATIONS FROM THE APPROVED PLANS, including grading beyond the limits of disturbance shown and/or failure to comply with the conditions of this permit shall constitute a violation of the Teton County Land Development Regulations and shall be subject to such penalties as described therein.
