- Awaiting Verification All work to be in accordance with the attached plans approved xx/xx/xxxx, and the Teton County Land Development Regulations, Division 5.7 and the standard conditions of division 8.3.4.
- Awaiting Verification Notify the Engineering Department at 733-3317 at least 48 hours prior to commencement of land disturbing activities.
- Awaiting Verification Applicant shall notify the Teton County Engineering Department at (307) 733-3317 at least 24 hours prior to commencement of work in live waterbodies.

DEVIATIONS FROM THE APPROVED PLANS, including grading beyond the limits of disturbance shown and/or failure to comply with the conditions of this permit shall constitute a violation of the Teton County Land Development Regulations and shall be subject to such penalties as described therein.
