- — An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have been abandoned 180 days after the date of approval unless such application has been pursued in good faith or a permit has been issued.
- Awaiting Verification Acceptance of this permit is an acknowledgment that the permitee shall be governed by the laws and regulations as may be provided by the Town of Jackson Mayor and Town Council for the control of the water supply and sewer systems.
- Awaiting Verification The applicant will provide verbal notice of any changes or modifications that are not consistent with the terms and conditions of this permit to the Town Engineering department at 307 733-3079. The Town Engineering Department may require additional written notice or information to be submitted through the Town’s Building Department and additional review and/or capacity fees may apply.

- — A test tee connection shall be installed for testing purposes. The tee shall be capped and plugged after the County has observed and approved of an infiltration static water test for the service line.
- — The County shall review and approve of the pipe and bedding material.
- — A cleanout shall be required immediately outside the building and every 100’ feet as necessary.
- — The owner shall contact Teton County to schedule an inspection of the service line installation. Occupancy shall not be granted unless the Town has signed off on the building permit for sewer line installation.
- — This permit does not relieve the permitee from any duty to obtain any other permit or authorization that may be required by any provision of federal, state or local codes and ordinances; nor does it permit violation of any section of federal, state or local codes and ordinances.
- — The issuance of this permit confirms that the Town of Jackson has evaluated the application submitted by the permittee and determined that it meets the minimum applicable construction and design standards of the Town’s Land Development Regulations. The compliance with construction standards and the operation and maintenance of the facility to meet the engineer’s design are the responsibility of the permittee, owner, and operation.
- — Nothing in this approval constitutes an endorsement by the Town of Jackson of the construction or the design of the facility described herein. This approval verifies only that the submitted application meets the design and construction standards imposed by the Town’s Land Development Regulations. The Town assumes no liability for, and does not in any way guarantee or warrant the performance or operation of the facility. The permittee, owner, and operator are solely responsible for any liability arising from the construction or operation of the permitted facility.
